From Middle School Success To A Larger Campus

By 2012, the plan focused on growing Sussex Academy of Arts and Sciences from an award-winning grades 6-8 charter school into a combined middle and high school.
The early campaign brought together individual donors, businesses, foundations, and local leaders to acquire and build out a Georgetown campus with room for academic and extracurricular growth.
Local planning began around expanded school choice and college preparation.
Foundation work began around capital support for Sussex Academy.
Expansion planning focused on a combined middle and high school model.
